How a Verified Mark Certificate Revolutionized Sarah's Boutique

Begin by ensuring that your mark is eligible for registration and properly formatted. The USPTO provides a useful video on preparing your mark for filing: 

Define the goods and services linked to your logo clearly. This is crucial to meet trademark guidelines.

Conduct a search in relevant jurisdictions to confirm that your mark doesn't conflict with existing registered marks.

Collect all required personal details needed for the trademark application.

Start the filing process with the USPTO or the appropriate intellectual property office. Ideally, this should be done by your patent/trademark attorney. Remember, there are specific deadlines and the process can be lengthy, so it's advisable to begin promptly.
